Why are you no longer open to the public or offering a showroom?

We understand many of you are disappointed because you're no longer able to come shop in the warehouse. Because of our rapid growth and the need to maximize our warehouse space, we have changed our business model to focus solely on eCommerce. We ask that you place your orders through the website in order to make the process easier on everyone. Once you get the hang of it, you'll wonder why you ever bought supplies any other way! Many of the same items you found inside the store are still available for purchase on our newly revamped website. It is designed to be hassle free and efficient. You simply click submit, and then we do the rest!


Do smaller customers have access to the same inventory as larger companies?

Absolutely! We aim to service all types of customers, understanding that each customer has different needs and different operations. Therefore, we want everyone to have the same access to all of our inventory online.


Are there minimum orders for delivery? 

Nope! We understand each customer is unique and may not need a heavy order. Maximize your cash flow and order as little or as much as you need.


Do you deliver?

We sure do! We offer FREE next-day deliveries with no minimum orders to New Braunfels, Schertz, and Universal City. Delivery to San Marcos, Austin, San Antonio, and Canyon Lake is also free for orders of more than $50. (Orders of less than $50 are $5 to deliver.) Visit the Services  page to see our delivery schedule or contact our customer service team to verify if we deliver in your area. We ship to anywhere in the country. If you're outside of our delivery area (or even outside Texas), we'll ship your order to you. Please note: We currently deliver only to the continental United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territory (such as Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands), we cannot ship to you.


What time do I need place my order in order for it to be next-day delivery?

Any orders being delivered outside of New Braunfels need to be placed by 2 p.m. the day before for next-day delivery. Orders within New Braunfels need to be placed before noon for same-day delivery. Orders within New Braunfels placed after noon will be delivered the following business day.


What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as personal and company checks. Money orders, cash, and cashier checks will not be accepted.


I've ordered from you before, but not online. Do I need to register for a new account the first time I order online?

Please do NOT create a new account online if you're already an existing customer. If you do, we'll have two accounts for you. Please save everyone the confusion by clicking on the blue bar (it says "Have a Supplize Account But Need a Web Login? CLICK HERE") on the registration page . Still not sure how to register online? If you're having trouble setting up your account, changing your account information, or doing anything else online, please email websupport@supplize.com . We'll get back to you right away with an answer!
